Welcome to Kabakal Gym Hub. By accessing our facility, enrolling in a membership, booking a class, or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Access

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Your membership card or account may not be shared with or used by another person.
  • Members must present their membership ID or log in to their account to access the facility.
  • Kabakal Gym Hub reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who violates gym policies or poses a risk to others.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by gym management.
  • Expired memberships must be renewed before the member may use gym facilities again.

2. Membership Plans & Fees

  • Daily: ₱50 per day. Access valid for a single visit only.
  • Monthly: ₱700 for 30 days. Includes 2 group class sessions.
  • 3 Months: ₱2,000 for 90 days. Unlimited group classes included.
  • 6 Months: ₱3,800 for 180 days. Priority booking included.
  • Annual: ₱6,000 for 365 days. All benefits including nutrition consultation.
  • Special program fees (e.g., Boxing sessions) are separate and subject to their own pricing.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice posted at the gym and on this website.

3. Class Bookings & Cancellations

  • Class slots are limited. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Members should arrive at least 5 minutes before a scheduled class.
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted to an ongoing class at the coach's discretion.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class to avoid forfeiture of the session.
  • No-shows without prior cancellation will count as an attended session.

4. Health & Safety

  • Members participate in all physical activities at their own risk.
  • It is strongly recommended that members consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if they have a known medical condition.
  • Members with injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations must inform the trainer prior to any session.
  • Kabakal Gym Hub shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained by members while using the facility, unless caused directly by gross negligence of the gym.
  • First aid equipment is available on-site. In case of emergency, staff will assist in contacting emergency services.

5. Gym Rules & Conduct

  • Proper gym attire (sports shoes, appropriate workout clothing) is required at all times.
  • Members must re-rack weights and return equipment to their proper places after use.
  • Loud, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members will not be tolerated and may result in membership termination without refund.
  • Food and non-water beverages are not permitted on the gym floor. Free drinking water is available.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the facility.
  • Mobile phones should be used considerately. Photography or video recording of other members without their consent is prohibited.
  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

6. Facility & Equipment

  • Members are responsible for reporting damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
  • Intentional damage to gym equipment or property will result in membership termination and the member will be liable for repair or replacement costs.
  • Kabakal Gym Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Members are advised to secure their valuables.
  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The gym is not responsible for vehicles parked on the premises.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during registration (name, email, phone number) is used solely for membership management and communication purposes.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Photos or videos taken by the gym at events or during classes may be used for promotional purposes. Members who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should inform the staff.

8. Operating Hours

  • Kabakal Gym Hub is open Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Operating hours may change during holidays or special events. Notice will be posted at the gym and on our Facebook page.

9. Amendments

Kabakal Gym Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and at the gym. Continued use of the facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
